I’m not gonna lie, based on my experience, the Vitality Spa by Royal Caribbean is the best spa on cruise ships.
Why do I love it so much? Because it has an extensive selection of services and treatments for all needs.
You can find massages, facial treatments, body wraps, and much more, each tailored by skilled therapists.
Beyond traditional spa services, the Vitality Spa also offers med spa treatments and wellness consultations. These can range from acupuncture and detox therapies to personalized fitness and nutrition planning.
But, as you may know, the spa services are not included in the cruise fare, and you may then wonder what the cost is.

Is Royal Caribbean Spa Worth It?
I have tried some of the Royal Caribbean Spa treatments and I can say that they are worth it.
The operators were always very good and I found them to be very trained and professional.
The services were of high quality and I felt very relaxed and refreshed afterward.
One slightly negative thing is that it tends to be more expensive than a spa on land, but that’s the case on all cruise ships. I recommend it, then let me know in the comments how you found it if you tried it.
How to Book Spa on Royal Caribbean?
There are different ways to book the spa:
- Before the Cruise: You can pre-book spa treatments through Royal Caribbean’s website after you’ve completed your cruise booking. You just need to log in to your account, find your reservation, and look for the “Cruise Planner” section.
- Onboard: If you prefer to book your spa treatments once you’re on the ship, just go to the spa desk. It’s a good idea to do this as early as possible. Time slots for some popular treatments sold out fast!
I always recommend booking before departure. You’ll be sure to find a free slot, and prices are generally lower than those found on board!
